Hey, my name isn't Richard but enough people call me that and I kinda like it. I'm a 28 year old Metis living in Canada living in Ottawa, though most of my extended family lives in a small town up north. I just wake up every day and try my best to figure out who I am. I have realized long ago that there isn't necessarily any single answer to that, which is fine though frustrating at times. I do know a few things about myself. So, let me tell you them.

I like to write, mainly fiction meant to be action packed but end up being introspective and emotional. While I was studying for my English degree I really leaned into this. A lot of my characters have come from the various D&D games I have played in that I felt deserved more of a story than what they were given. I also have a fascination with horror and the supernatural since I was a child, the uncanny is one of my favourite subjects to interact with.
